A hotel three miles from Chipping Campden has been put up for sale through commercial property advisors Colliers International.Three Ways House in Mickleton is a 48 bedroom hotel - one of the largest in this part of the Cotswolds.&nbsp;Famous for its weekly "Pudding Club", the venue is said to have long been a very successful business and enjoys a strong following locally as well as with returning guests.Licenced for weddings and civil ceremonies, the hotel boasts a bar and brasserie, restaurant and function suite as well as expansive gardens and car parking.Three Ways House has been developed around an original doctor's house believed to have been constructed in 1871, and arranged on cellar, ground, first and second (attic) floors with Cotswold stone elevations under a pitched tiled roof. It is not a listed building.The hotel's restaurant, Randalls Brasserie, has 70 covers and hosts the "Pudding Club". Every Friday, up to sixty diners gather to eat pudding and other British desserts in a designated Pudding Club room. The menu comprises seven different types of puddings presented as a buffet. Guests who eat all seven of their puddings by the end of the experience receive a certificate.Three Ways House also has a number of meeting/function rooms. The principal function room is the Terrace Suite seating 85 for dining with a dance floor, bar, a partition screen wall (used to reduce the size of the room) and access to the adjoining restaurant, the lounge/break-out room and the outside terrace.The second largest room is the Hidcote Suite on the first floor, seating 24 boardroom style and 50 theatre style. The Sudeley Syndicate Room seats eight boardroom style. The Batsford Suite (room 39) seats up to 10.A total of 48 letting bedrooms sleep 94 guests. All of the bedrooms have en suite facilities, eight with en suite shower and three with jacuzzi bath.There is also an adjacent cottage which is used for staff accommodation but could be refurbished to make a spa or further guest rooms (subject to planning).The hotel achieved £1.748m net sales in y/e March 2020 and further information can be provided to seriously interested parties.Offers are invited in excess of £4,000,000 for the freehold interest, complete with goodwill and trade contents (according to inventory) but excluding personal items.Colliers International added that it is able to assist prospective purchasers by introducing sources of finance if required.
